The Word Burnout means - "exhaustion of physical or emotional strength or motivation usually as a result of prolonged stress or frustration" (Merriam Webster)
This word seems to come up with alarming frequency in conversations about working
Especially in careers focusing on human interaction, such as teaching, it can be easy to keep giving (and giving, and giving, and giving) until there’s nothing left. If that describes your current situation, you need to take a look at your input and your output.
