As a Kids Ministry leader, where do you get your worth and value from? Where do you find your purpose? Leaders tend to get their worth and value from what they do. All of your significance, value, and worth comes from two main things: being created in the image of God and being a child of God. Identity, purpose, and value comes from the finished work of Jesus Christ.
