Is It All About The Numbers?

Mister Brown

I have been doing a lot of events lately and sometimes I wonder...does it matter how many people received the Gospel at any one of those events? Yes, but there's a caveat.

[1:30] Thank you for your support
[2:35] What we think about God matters.
[5:45] Recent events.
"God Made Me and You", Shai Linne
[9:44] Genesis 1:27 memory verse with hand motions for God's creation and design, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."
[11:40] What I learned from these events. Does it matter how many kids trusted Christ as their savior?
[14:20] What is salvation? Salvation is being rescued from sins penalty, sins power, and the very presence of sin one day. Sin's penalty is death and eternal separation from God in hell.
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 6:1-7 "What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. For one who has died has been set free from sin."
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."
Acts 16:31 "They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”"
John 1:12 "Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God..."
[19:00] God is faithful to do His work and we should abide in Him. John 15:1-5
