God is omnipotent and has the power to create whatever He wants and He chose to create us. Psalm 139:13-18 shows the power of God through His design. We were hand-crafted and wonderfully made. He made us the way He wants us to be. We are not accidents and we matter.
Colossians 1:16 "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him."
